YT23D air-leg rock drill is our new product developed in 1990s on the basis of the 7655 rock drill. It is a low-energy consumption rock drill with advantages of the 7655 rock drill and good performance under low pressure. It can work normally under 0.35 MPa and can be used together with our 2M3 and 2.5M3 small air compressors, bringing good comprehensive benefits.
The YT23D drill comprises an air-water linkage mechanism, an air-leg fast drawing mechanism and an air pressure regulation mechanism. All pilot levers are integrated as a handle, convenient for operating. A silencer of the drill can change exhausting direction freely and lower noise, so that fieldwork condition is improved. The drill is small in weight, large in torquemoment, high-efficient, simple in structure and convenient in maintaining.
This specification introduces performance of the YT23D air-leg rock drill and precautions about its application and maintenance. The user can use the drill properly and make the best of it with this guide.
The YT23D rock drill is a low-energy consumption device designed on the basis of the 7655 rock drill. It performs well under low air pressure, and is particularly suitable when air pipe is long or power source is a small air compressor. The drill is used in excavation of tunnel, and an important tool for constructions of train, water conservancy and national defense rock excavation. With the FY200A oil lubricator and FT160A air leg, the drill is able to carry out wet drilling on medium-hard rocks and hard rocks and drill horizontally inclined blast holes; it can also be equipped on a trolley without the air leg.
